Crowned, mantled bust right, C.?F. below / An angel emerging from the heavens, crowns Elizabeth, beside the empress a woman kneels, holding a flaming heart and bracing a shield emblazoned with the Russian Arms, monograms of Peter I and Elizabeth on column behind, I.K. above exergue on right.
