Seven Piece Collection of Three Civil War Costumes Including Gene Hackman's Screen Used Costume from GERONIMO. Seven Piece Civil War costumes: 1.) From the 1995 production, GERONIMO: AN AMERICAN LEGEND 3 pieces; Gene Hackman as General George Crook - jacket, pants and dress vest from Western Costume. Pants have sewn Western Costume label with Hackman's name inside waist, light jacket clearly evident in production stills with Hackman's name and character's name on original stock inventory tag inside pocket. The third piece is an exceptionally well made and expensive vest of heavy wool with flawless brass buttons. It has the initials GH and has Sony written in lining. A knockout piece. Manufactured by Quartermaster Shop, Kimbel, MI. 2) A fine Civil War era officer's jacket purported to be Mathew Broderick's from GLORY. However,it is far more likely from a production at the The Mark Taper Forum or Ahmanson Theater, especially given the Center Theater labels sewn into the pants and jacket and the buttons not accurate. 3.) A background Civil War uniform with cap, wool jacket and light blue trousers, a decent period recreation, possibly a background costume. Estimate Value $500 - UP
