Bill Bray officially held the position of Executive Director, Office of Special Services with MJJ Productions. "Bill, It's been a long long road, we have traveled throughout the years, concert tours, meeting dignitaries, kings and queens of countries, touring around the world twice, making people happy through the gift and love of Music. I'm coming of age now and realy [sic] realize the importance of true love. Joseph never ever had time for me, he only saw me as a way for him to make money. And as you know Mother was a perfect mother. But I never was with her, my childhood was on stage away from Mother.
What I'm Simply Trying To Say Is Thank you For Being a FATHER. I don't know what would have happened to me if you were not around. I love you, M.J."
Letter was twice folded and addressed on verso "Bill The Joker". Letter is undated and in excellent condition. Estimate Value $7,500 - UP

Neverland Valley Cap, Backpack, & Notebooks for Kids Visiting Plus Original 48 Page Brochure for the Property. In 1988, Michael Jackson purchased the 3000 acre property Sycamore Valley Ranch in Santa Barbara, County in Los Olivos, California. He had seen the property when visiting Paul McCartney who was staying there for a short time. The property was developed and sold by owner William Bone who built the main house and guest cottage, most of the landscaping and pools. To put the property up for sale, Bone printed an elaborate, large format, 48 page, full color brochure with over a hundred images of the property and floor plans. While Michael Jackson expanded the property with a petting zoo, carnival, and train station, a great deal of the home remained the same which one can see (bedrooms, bath kitchen, great room etc.) in this rarely offered piece perfect for collectors. Brochure measures 12 x 15" so when open, some of the images are 30" wide panoramas. Excellent condition. (Another property brochure (two-fold with cover letter) that was sent to MJJ Productions for sale in the immediate area in 1993 that was ultimately not considered is also included.)
Once Neverland Ranch opened, some visiting children would receive a back pack, a baseball cap plus two large and two small spiral notebooks. Note the Neverland Valley logo of a boy sitting atop a crescent moon is similar to the Dreamworks Studios' logo which began operations in 1994. Their logo design proved so similar that it evidently annoyed Jackson to some degree at the time. The "Neverland Valley" back pack is blue cotton twill with shoulder straps 12 x 10 x 15" includes a child's adjustable baseball cap and two large spiral notebooks 8 x 5" and two smaller 5½ x 4" versions, all in excellent, unused condition. Estimate Value $600 - UP
