Skylab 2 signed color photo by Paul Weitz (1932-2017) inscribed and signed portrait "Paul Weitz Skylab 2 STS-6 CDR NASA Astronaut 1966-1986" a signed cover "Paul Weitz and graphite lead from mechanical pencil and a note using pencil from first manned which was Skylab 2. From Skylab 3, Crew signed photo by Alan Bean, Jack Lousma and Owen Garriott, signed first day issue cover signed by Lousma and Garriott, signed cover by Garriott, Lousma and Bean but Bean's appears to be autopen, signed photo of Alan Bean going through exercise routine in Orbital Workshop in zero gravity. Flown US Flag Carried Aboard The Skylab Space Station and Skylab Software Interface Test Reports. A fine pair of items from Skylab 1973-1974. To a senior engineer on the project a flown 5½ x 3¾" US flag "Carried aboard The Skylab Space Station 1974-1974" mounted on 11 x 14" presentation certificate for the ""extra effort" in making Skylab missions successful" It has been signed at lower left by all the Skylab astronauts (including two Moonwalkers) : "Charles Conrad Jr", "Joe Kerwin", "Paul Weitz", "Alan L Bean", "Owen Garriott", "Jack Lousma", "Jerry Carr", "Ed Gibson", and "Bill Pogue" In excellent condition. The other is the engineer's personal copy of report K-0047 of the MCC-W Software Interface test for Skylab dated Nov. 15, 1972. Estimate Value $800 - UP

Skylab 3 & 4, Three Large, Ringed, Work Manuals. From July, August and October of 1973, three large ringed work manuals involving numerous procedures are also chock full of charts, tables and graphs. The July and October dated manuals have numerous notations, additional pages with notations written in red pencil, other areas shaded in red as important highlights. The August dated manual is a comprehensive and tabbed workbook addressing malfunction procedures. These three manuals exhibit frequent use by the flight director, nevertheless in fine condition and absolutely fascinating to peruse. Estimate Value $200 - UP

Massive Archive, A Full File Box of Skylab-Related Materials: Handbooks, Rules, Daily Briefings, Charts, Graphs. A huge archive of the Deputy Director/Flight Director during Skylab. In the archive are handbooks, flight mission rules, ATM experiment & reference books, flight plans and many, many other documents. Clealry these were in 3 ring binders but likely given their thickness, the binders came apart. But they have been rubber banded and kept orderly. A truly comprehensive filed archive that includes a formidable file of Skylab typed transcriptions of meetings and press updates in 1973-1974. Literally several thousands of pages stapled by day and time of each and these alone will make for days and days of fascinating reading. In overall very good condition but know some of the manuals heavily referenced at the time. On two cover sheets of the manuals, there is chipping along the edges which in no way impacts the content. Note for overseas collectors, archive of files weighs 35 pounds. Estimate Value $400 - UP

Two Large Binders Property of the Flight Director of Skylab Command Procedures and Systems Handbook. Two large 5-ring binders, each inches thick, together weighing 16 pounds, containing Operartional Command Listings, Procedures and Systems Handbooks. The amount of technical information staggers the mind but it is all here. The Systems Handbook is broken into 9 chapters addressing Standards, Sequential Events Systems, Electrical Power Systems, Instrumentation, Communication, Life Support Pointing & Control and much more. A number of pull-out charts, diagrams, and schematics. The second binder actually combines two hand books; Command Procedures and Command Listings. Both notebooks in fine used condition with the colored chapter tabs of the Command Procedure portion of the second binder showing some paper loss but in no way impacts the contents. Skylab Collection, Deactivation Checklist, Photos, Certificate and Medallion. From one of the Deputy Flight Directors involved with all three manned Skylab Missions, a personal collection. From Sl-4 the Third Skylab Mission a Final Revision B Deactivation Checklist dated 10/29/73 including flight plan and some handwritten notes. Also included are 14 8 x 10" photos, both in black and white and color (some duplicates) of this flight director, launch photos of Skylab One and Two, The crew of Skylab Three, and pictures of the two common Cross spiders, Arabella and Anita, spinning their webs launched on Skylab Two. Finally a personalized certificate with a medallion recognizing the entire mission with the medallion made of metal from Skylab that flew 111 million miles, as well as a program from 1998 recognizing Skylab and its accomplishments. Scarce 18K Gold Pendant on 12K Chain of Skylab 1, May 1973. Very nice, limited edition pendant by Franklin Mint of Skylab I with the crew names Conrad, Kerwin and Weitz. Pendant has on obverse side an image of the station over the Earth, the reverse two of the crew engaging in an experiment dated May 1973. Pendant is stamped 18K gold on the side, weighs 20 grams and is 32mm in diameter. The 24" in chain is in 12K yellow gold stamped at clasp and weighs about 2½grams. Without original presentation box, pendant appears never to have been worn. Estimate Value $400 - UP
