Lot 1352
1916-D. PCGS graded Unc Details. Cleaned. Popular key date. Almost full split bands. Well struck with light golden toning and rather attractive. A great compromise between the cost of a fully wholesome example and this one which shows traces of minor cleaning long ago. A tough issue in mint condition, and this one still has good appeal overall (PCGS # 4906) Estimate Value $7,500 - 7,800

Lot 1356
1919-D. NGC graded MS-65 Full Bands. Well struck. A nice white coin with just a hint of peripheral gold. Scarce date and mint, rare this choice, especially so with the Full Bands designation. The reverse strike shows full rounding and complete separation on the bands, confirming the bold strike. Excellent surfaces on both sides, with scarcely any signs of handling. A strong example for this coveted issue. Pop 28; 6 finer at NGC. Estimate Value $15,000 - 16,000
