Lot 18		1853 C-1 R1 NGC graded MS65 Brown. Beautiful lustrous medium chocolate brown and olive with peeps of very faded mint color in a few places. Sharply struck. Satiny mint frost covers both sides of the planchet and this piece offers superior eye appeal. EDS. Our grade is MS63+, close to MS64. Lot 21		1854 C-1 R1+ PCGS graded MS65 Red & Brown, CAC Approved. Frosty mint red fading to steel brown with 40% of the obverse and 70% of the reverse showing original mint color. The only notable mark is a small struck-through line in the field off the chin, as struck. Sharply struck MDS, Manley state 2.0, with a lump on the upright of the I in UNITED.
