1981-A, $1 Federal Reserve Note. Retained Obstruction Error. PCGS Extremely Fine 45 Apparent. Fr-1912-F. This intriguing error has a piece of attached paper from an improper splice, which received the back printing. A small edge tear in the bottom margin caused the "Apparent" notation, but it's really quite a minor flaw on this error.
